BID BULLETIN NO. 1

This is to notify bidders of the clarifications/amendments to the Instructions to Bidders (ITB) and Technical Specifications as discussed during the pre-bid conference conducted on April 12, 2013 at the ASG Conference Room, 6th Floor, SSS Building, Ayala Ave. cor. V. A Rufino St., Makati City.

  1. Instructions to Bidders

    Submission of the audited financial statements (Auditor’s Opinion/Certificate, Balance Sheet and Income Statement) stamped “received” by BIR or its duly accredited and authorized institutions under Item 6.1.C.1 of the Instructions to Bidders should be for Tax Year 2012.

  2. Technical Specifications

    If the back warning system is not originally installed in the proposed vans, the bidder is allowed to submit a notarized certification that the bidder shall install the said device before delivery of the vans. This certification shall be attached to the Technical Statement of the Bidder (Bid Form No. 2).

All other specifications, conditions, and/or requirements provided for in the Technical Specification Sheet (Annex A of the ITB) shall remain the same.
